Excellent service and product but 1 issue
Recently bought a Nearly New Haibike Alltrial 7 from Tredz and the service was excellent from Tredz side. Bike was exactly how they descibed and they even put some tools in with bike which I thought was an added bonus. The only downside was the delivery company DHL. The way the boxed bike arrived made me panic on the condition of the bike inside. The box was firstly on its side in the back of the van. Secondly the amount of damage to the box made me highly concerned. Luckily the guys had packaged the inside well enough the bike to not be damaged. Tredz 10/10. DHL 2/10.

Fast accurate, reliable service - the only small suggestion would be to replace the packaging solution to something that is more easily recyclable (currently bubble wrap glued to paper) padded envelope - even the versions that can be easily separated into their component parts would be potentially better.
