How To Use
For optimal results, it is recommended to consume energy chews approximately 15-30 minutes before starting your workout.
If your workout lasts longer than an hour, it may be beneficial to consume additional energy chews during your session. Aim to take small bites every 20-30 minutes to maintain energy levels and prevent a slump.
When To Use
Suitable for all sports we recommended taking 2 chews every 20 minutes. For sessions lasting more than 90 minutes it's important to start re-fuelling from the start. Eat little & often & keep hydrated. For moderate intensity exercise you should aim to consume 45g-60g carbohydrates per hour - towards 45g for low intensity exercise & increasing to 60g-90g for higher intensity sessions.

Each pack of chews provides 60mg potassium and up to 100mg sodium. If you're exercising over 90 minutes or in hot or humid conditions, add an electrolyte drink to your fuelling regime.
