The Trek Fuel EXe 8 GX AXS T-Type redefines what a trail e-MTB can be, offering a lightweight, quiet and agile ride that feels like your favourite analogue bike – just with a touch more power when you want it. Built around a rugged Alpha Platinum Aluminium chassis, the frame packs 140 mm of rear travel, using Trek’s proven ABP suspension and Mino Link geometry adjust system. Whether you're tackling steep tech or flat-out descents, you can dial the ride to match your style.
At the heart of this machine is the near-silent TQ-HPR50 motor, delivering up to 50 Nm of torque. It’s lightweight, compact and designed to complement rather than dominate your ride. Power delivery is smooth and intuitive, letting you tackle big climbs without losing that all-important trail connection. The fully integrated 360 Wh battery keeps the bike looking sleek while offering great range for trail sessions, and it’s easily removable for convenient charging.
Up front, a FOX Rhythm 36 fork with 150 mm travel and GRIP damper keeps control locked in through rough rock gardens and rooty trails. At the rear, a FOX Performance Float X shock soaks up the hits while providing plenty of mid-stroke support for pumping and popping your way down.
Gear shifts are handled wirelessly by the latest SRAM GX Eagle AXS T-Type drivetrain – smooth, lightning-fast and extremely tough, perfect for those rough and ready trails. Paired with a 12-speed 10-52T cassette, you've got all the range you need to conquer big climbs and hammer along the flats.
Stopping power comes courtesy of SRAM DB8 4-piston brakes, offering strong, controlled braking even when things get steep and loose. And rolling on 29" Bontrager Line Comp 30 wheels wrapped in aggressive XR5 Team Issue 2.5" tyres, you’ll enjoy maximum grip and a confident ride feel straight from the box.
Trek’s integrated TQ LED display and handlebar remote keep things clean and intuitive, offering Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity for ride tracking or pairing with third-party devices.
