The Marin Rift Zone JR 24 is designed for young riders who are ready to move beyond basic bikes and start exploring proper trails. With 130mm of rear travel delivered by Marin’s MultiTrac suspension system, it offers a smooth, controlled ride that helps reduce fatigue and improve confidence on rough terrain.
The aluminium frame is lightweight yet durable, built to handle regular off-road use while remaining manageable for smaller riders. Its geometry mirrors full-size trail bikes, giving a stable and predictable feel that helps kids develop their riding skills safely.
Up front, the X-Fusion Velvet fork provides 130mm of travel with compression and rebound adjustment, allowing the bike to be tuned for different trails and rider preferences. Paired with the X-Fusion rear shock, the suspension setup keeps the bike composed over roots, rocks and uneven ground.
The Shimano Deore 1x11 drivetrain offers a wide gear range, making climbs more manageable while keeping shifting simple and reliable. Hydraulic disc brakes provide consistent stopping power with light lever feel, ideal for smaller hands.
24-inch wheels fitted with wide 2.4” tyres give good grip and stability on loose or technical surfaces. As your child grows, the frame is designed to accept 26-inch wheels and longer cranks, extending the bike’s lifespan and making it a smart long-term choice.
Overall, the Rift Zone JR 24 delivers genuine trail bike performance in a junior package, helping young riders build confidence, ride further, and enjoy proper off-road adventures alongside adults.
