Giant Revolt Advanced 2 2025 - Gravel Bike

The Giant Revolt Advanced 2 is built to thrive on mixed terrain. Whether you're tackling rough backroads, fast gravel races, or loading up for an adventure weekend, this carbon gravel bike blends comfort, performance and versatility into one seriously capable package.
Key Features:
- Advanced-grade composite frame with dropped stays, flip chip dropout, clearance up to 53mm
- Advanced-grade full carbon fork with OverDrive steerer and 12mm thru-axle
- Shimano GRX RX-820 drivetrain with 2x12-speed gearing
- Shimano GRX RX-410 hydraulic disc brakes with 160mm rotors
- Giant P-X2 Disc alloy wheelset with Sapim spokes
- Giant Crosscut Grip TR 700x40c tubeless tyres with all-terrain tread
- Internal down tube storage, D-Fuse seatpost and flared XR handlebar
- Available with 0% APR finance
The Advanced-grade composite frame offers a light, responsive feel with excellent vibration damping. D-Fuse dropped seatstays and slim tubing help reduce shock on rough tracks, keeping you in control and less fatigued over long distances. The D-Fuse carbon seatpost and flared handlebar also play a part in smoothing out your ride, while the new internal down tube storage lets you carry tools or snacks without cluttering the frame.
A key feature of the Revolt’s versatility is the flip chip rear dropout, which allows you to fine-tune the bike’s geometry. Set it short for quicker handling or go long for improved high-speed stability and increased tyre clearance up to 53mm. You can also swap out the seatpost for a standard 30.9mm round post or dropper if preferred.
The Shimano GRX RX-820 2x12 drivetrain gives you a wide gear range for steep climbs and quick flats, paired with precise, gravel-specific shifting and a compact 48/32 chainset. Braking is handled by Shimano GRX RX-410 hydraulic disc brakes with 160mm rotors, delivering reliable stopping power even on wet, loose surfaces.
Rolling on the Giant P-X2 Disc wheelset, the Revolt is fitted with 700x40c Crosscut Grip tubeless-ready tyres and designed for a confident ride on everything from tarmac to hard-packed gravel.
Fully loaded with mounts for bottles, racks and guards, the Revolt Advanced 2 is highly adaptable whether you’re racing, adventuring or just heading out to see where the trail leads. Clean lines, internally routed cables and Giant’s attention to detail make it a sleek, modern choice for riders looking to go further on varied terrain.

Giant Revolt Advanced 2 2025 - Gravel Bike
This is my third Giant - I also have a TCR and a Defy. The Revolt is really versatile and superb on both tarmac and road and would be a good choice if I could only have one bike. The only downside was a badly scratched crossbar which could not have been checked before packing but which I settled with Tredz via an offer of a voucher (I was not offered a price reduction). The customer service team were professional but I was disappointed to discover that using the email contact address is slow. I sent three unanswered emails before I picked up the phone to the customer service team
