The geometry is tuned for a more upright, flat-bar position, which enhances visibility and bike control especially useful when riding through urban areas or navigating unfamiliar terrain. The Advanced-grade composite fork with Giant’s OverDrive tapered steerer boosts handling precision while helping to soak up vibrations from the road.
This model is equipped with the Shimano CUES U4000 9-speed drivetrain, a reliable and intuitive setup that includes a wide-range 11–45T cassette, making light work of hilly commutes and uneven routes. Paired with a durable FSA Omega 42T chainset, you’ll have the gears you need for both speed and climbing.
Stopping duties are handled by Tektro hydraulic disc brakes, offering consistent, confident braking power in all weather conditions. The bike rolls on Giant’s SR-2 wheelset, wrapped in Gavia Fondo AR 700x40c tubeless tyres providing great grip, lower rolling resistance, and the freedom to ride across a mix of surfaces, from tarmac to gravel.
Comfort is key on longer rides, so Giant have fitted their D-Fuse alloy seatpost, which flexes slightly to reduce shocks from rough ground, and an ErgoContact saddle to support you in a more relaxed riding position.
